If the trip is canceled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or government policies, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. If the cancellation is from your side, refunds are only available if canceled at least 48 hours before the trip, with a 30% deduction. Please inform us as soon as possible after booking if you need to cancel to avoid any deductions.

The standard cruising duration is a minimum of 3 hours. A 4-hour fishing trip option is also available for guests who want a longer experience.
